As you sleep under a blanket of stars, little one, may your dreams be peaceful and sweet…
We’ll count our blessings while you count sheep…
Float along in your dream world without a care…
…knowing that we will always watch over you.
Meet Mr. Adorable! Mom chose a vibrant rainbow themed cake smash for him to match the Cocomelon birthday party she had planned for him. She displayed several prints from his cake smash session all through the party room, even on the cake. It looked so amazing and personalized!
We took a few family photos before we got to the smashing of cake. Of course he is the apple of their eyes, and he knows it!
A white cake with rainbow sprinkles and a cute rainbow topper were the perfect compliment to the theme.
This look says, “I think I may have gotten cake on my face”, haha.
Not to worry, because bath time is next!
Happy Birthday, Mr. Adorable!
Meet Miss Cute E. Patootie! She celebrated her first birthday with bright, citrusy colors and gerber daisies. She couldn’t decide which was more fun, playing with all the balloons or splashing in the little bathtub after cake!
It’s a balloon bonanza!
Miss Patootie was quite delicate and neat as she ate her smash cake…
…but a milk bath with fresh fruit was still a must!
Oooo, strawberries…
…a little tart, but so delicious!
Time to get out! Mommy will keep me warm.
Hoodie towels are the best!
Happy birthday, Miss Patootie!
Ohhh, what an adorable theme we did for this little angel’s first birthday cake smash! The dusty rose, pink and gold colors made for a sweet boho rainbow theme that fit her perfectly.
Before her cake smash, we took some time for portraits on a classic white backdrop. I love the simple elegance.
Best of friends!
At last it’s time for cake! A rustic naked cake with a bit of greenery on top was just the right touch for the theme.
She was so dainty at first as she tasted the cake…
But with some encouragement from her family, she finally dug in!
And finally, a fun bubble bath to get clean. So fun!
Happy birthday, little one!
He has never heard the words from her lips, nor she from his, for he is profoundly deaf. But’s in their eyes. There is no mistaking the love they have for each other, no mistaking that these two are soulmates.
And, if any are words needed, they are communicated through sign language.
Mama wanted some of the photos to focus on their hands, as a special message of love to baby’s grandparents.
Such an exciting time, knowing that soon, your lives are about to change. You can’t imagine the joy that’s in store for you!
Baby is going to be born in the Year of the Rabbit, so we made sure to include bunnies as part of the photo session.
What will the future hold? No one knows for sure, but one thing they know for sure is that in their home, above all, they will speak the language of love.
